Message Types and Frequency:
- Service Notifications: Account alerts, system updates, security notifications (2-5 messages per month)
- Appointment Reminders: Notifications about scheduled appointments managed by your voice agents (frequency varies based on usage)
- Integration Updates: Notifications about new features and integrations (1-3 messages per month when opted in)
- Support Communications: Responses to your inquiries (frequency varies based on your requests)
Your Rights and Controls:
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You may also update your preferences in your account settings or contact our support team.

- Data Protection: We NEVER sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
- Message Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
Supported Carriers:
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other major carriers. Carrier support subject to change. Not all messages may be delivered.
Data Retention:
We retain phone numbers and SMS consent records for as long as you maintain an account with us, plus 5 years after account closure to comply with TCPA requirements. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure we honor your preferences.
TCPA Compliance: Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations. We obtain express written consent before sending any promotional messages.
4. Google Data Usage
Zyra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google account:

- We use Google data solely to provide the services you request
- We do not use Google data to train AI or machine learning models
- You can revoke Google access at any time through your account settings
